TALB Walking Group

Be part of a group of educators that want to make healthier food and exercise choices. Our job can leave us sedentary and stressed and this often times affects our health in negative ways. 

In the past year, members have reported health improvements in blood pressure, sugar levels, muscle tone, weight loss, flexibility and better food choices. We are all shapes, sizes, and ability levels. Everyone is welcome to join us!
