Each year, TALB members have an opportunity to rate the climate at their school site. Through the School Climate Surveys and the Administrator Surveys, members can give feedback regarding their perceptions of school safety, availability and accessibility of resources and services for both students and teachers, campus cleanliness, shared-decision making and teacher morale.
Survey results from 2007-2011 reflect those surveys that could be read by the scanner. Survey results after 2012 reflect participants who completed the survey online. School sites that had less than 50% participation were counted for the overall district results, however, individual site scores were not calculated for those sites. Only administrators that had at least 50% surveys submitted had average scores tabulated.
